Fougasse is flat bread from Provence region of France and can be also found in other regions. It can come in different shape and in any shape's case it's a flat bread with mixed olives.
Fougasse can be called equivalent to Italian focaccia bread as it's flat and made with fresh herbs and olive oil.
Our version is baked with fresh thyme and full of mixed olives.
Great for sharing, especially during summer outdoor meals.
