Fougasse is flat bread from Provence region of France and can be also found in other regions. It can come in different shape and in any shape's case it's a flat bread with mixed olives.

Fougasse can be called equivalent to Italian focaccia bread ​​as it's flat and made with fresh herbs and olive oil.

Our version is baked with fresh thyme and full of mixed olives.

Great for sharing, especially during summer outdoor meals.
