Focaccia is traditional Italian flat bread. Dough is made with olive oil and bread is topped with fresh rosemary and grey sea salt.

Focaccia comes from as far as Roman times when it was baked in coals. Focaccia can be served as a side dish or as sandwich. Great for dipping into olive oil with balsamic vinegar.

Our Focaccia comes in rectangular shape. It's crunchy on the top and on the bottom and airy and fluffy in the middle.
