There are so many variations on the name for this cake: Kugelhopf, Kougelhof, Kouglof and more. Our variation we call Kugelhopf, it's a traditional cake of Alsace influenced by German culture from the surrounding areas.
Kugelhopf is a large brioche like cake traditionally baked in Alsace for Christmas and we now offer it any time of the year.
Our cake is baked with French flour and French butter, filled with sultanas, topped with flaked almonds and sprinkled with sugar powder.
Great for sharing and ideal for any celebration.
